You don't have to be a fighter to train & be in shape like one.
A fitness only class that focuses on many of the same movements to reach the aerobic & anaerobic fitness levels that we do when we're training our fighters however there is no contact and no time & energy spent teaching self-defense or fighting strategies, scenarios and techniques.
